ALUMNI EMERGENCY FUND FORM

Dear TAPA Alumni: this is the form that you must use to request support from the TAPA Alumni Emergency Fund.

The intention of this fund is to provide TAPA alumni with assistance in circumstances that would prevent them from continuing on with higher education (i.e. a surprise fee, book, or other issue).

The maximum amount of funds available are $250, available on a one-time basis to TAPA Alumni.  The reason for this limitation is to preserve funds for other TAPA alumni in an equitable fashion.  If your financial need is more dire, please schedule a meeting with Ms. Porsha to discuss your options in terms of financial aid and other solutions.
    • In order to be eligible for the TAPA Alumni Emergency fund, you must have pursued (and documented) all other ways of seeking financial help: i.e., having contacted the financial aid office, and the business office / bookstore.
    • In order to be eligible for the TAPA Alumni Emergency fund, FAFSA and related financial aid paperwork must have been submitted on time to your school.

Please see Ms. Porsha if you are having trouble with these deadlines. Please give professional and detailed answers and Ms. Porsha will be in contact with you regarding your eligibility.  Thank you!
