SENIOR DANCE SHOW: Monday & Tuesday, June 4 and 5, at the Everett Theatre (9 Duncan Ave). Doors at 7:00, Show at 7:30pm.

GRADUATION 2019 TICKET & EVENT INFORMATION
- Where: McVinney Auditorium (enter "30 Fenner Street, Providence RI, 02903" in GPS to arrive at free parking lots)
- When: Thursday, June 13th (doors open at 5:30pm, event begins at 6pm). Graduating seniors should report at 4:30pm for photos.
- Rehearsal: There is a mandatory rehearsal (street clothes are fine) for all graduating seniors on Wednesday, June 12th from 12-2pm on site at McVinney Auditorium. Please arrive promptly at 12pm.
- Parking: Parking is provided free of charge for up to 150 spots (guests are encouraged to carpool). Enter "30 Fenner Street" into GPS in order to be directed to the free lots, entering on the Broad Street side. Details and maps here.
- Tickets and Registration: TAPA Seniors, families, staff, and supportive community members may request unlimited free tickets by registering individually using Eventbrite.
- Guest Policies: TAPA Seniors are responsible for the conduct of their invited guests. Guests must follow the policies of McVinney Auditorium. Our hosts politely request appropriate language in their space.
- Photos: Professional graduation photos will occur before the ceremony (information about rehearsal and photos for seniors will be announced soon). You are encouraged to take graduation photos inside McVinney's beautiful space, but not outside near the street. McVinney is located on a major road and it is a liability to take photos on the narrow sidewalk and in the street. We will work with our hosts to identify alternative outside areas for photos.
Senior Awards Night is an evening event in which TAPA celebrates the academic and artistic accomplishments of the graduating class with their families.
- Where: The Pavillion at Grace, 300 Westminster Street, Providence RI
- When: Wednesday, June 5th (doors open at 5:30pm, event begins at 6pm and runs until 8:30pm)
- Tickets for TAPA Seniors, Families, and Staff: Each member of the Class of 2019 will be provided a free code to use on Eventbrite to register themselves and two guests free of charge. TAPA and outside guests joining us to present scholarships or awards are welcome free of charge and will also be provided this code.
- Tickets for Additional Guests: Eventbrite tickets are available to additional guests and community members on a first-come, first-serve basis sliding-scale starting at $10. Please pay what you can to support the TAPA students.
- Dress: This event is generally semi-formal, but as always, TAPA-rific creativity is welcome!
- Parking and Transportation: Parking is limited, and guests are strongly encouraged to carpool or take public transportation. There may be a few spots available in the Grace Pavillion lot, but they are limited. Otherwise, street parking and local garages surround Grace Church. Please plan to arrive a bit earlier than usual if there is a big downtown event (show at PPAC, etc).
- Guest Policy: TAPA Seniors are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their guests. All guests must follow the policies of the Pavillion at Grace Church.
TAPA PROM 2019 INFORMATION
TAPA Prom is a formal dance for TAPA Seniors and Juniors in honor of the graduating Class of 2019.
- Where: Southside Cultural Center, 393 Broad Street Providence, RI
- When: Friday, June 7th; 6-10pm
- Featuring: Join us for an Enchanted Evening! Professional DJ and Prom Photos, Prom Royalty to by announced by Senior Prom Committee, delicious buffet-style food, and most of all, DANCING
- Who is invited to attend?
- TAPA Juniors (Class of 2020) or Seniors (Class of 2019)
- The guest of a TAPA Junior or Senior
- Students from TAPA and/or other schools may be invited as guest.
- No one younger than 9th grade may attend Prom.
- Everyone, including outside guests, must submit a signed Prom Participation Contract to Ms. Bryant by Friday, May 10th.
- All policies and expectations are outlined in the Prom Participation Contract
- Ticket Payment: $20 ticket payment (cash or check made out to TAPA) due to Ms. Bryant by Friday, May 10th for any Prom attendee who is not a TAPA Senior or chaperone.
