Affordability: The Path TO and THROUGH College

As majority first-generation college applicants, 100% of the TAPA Class of 2019 has a career or college plan for next year, with over 90% planning to attend college. We are excited to support these amazing students with our annual Last Dollar Scholarship.

As well-rounded artist-scholars, TAPA students earn significant grants and select their most affordable college option. However, there are still expenses that put the final cost of college out of reach. We need your help to close this gap and help make our students' college dreams come true. First-generation students face many obstacles in their pursuit of a college degree, and the biggest challenge is lack of funds.

For each of the first three graduating TAPA classes, TAPA has awarded at least four "Last Dollar" $500 scholarships to college-bound seniors, selected by the TAPA Administrative team, who demonstrate both need and exceptional academic achievement.  This year, any funds we raise over $2000 will be saved towards our long-term goal of an endowment that can generate recurring scholarships for TAPA seniors and alumni.

Thank you for your support of our incredible college-bound students!
