Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal: Tuesday, June 7th (12-2pm) at McVinney Auditorium, Providence RI
GRADUATION: Wednesday, June 8th at McVinney Auditorium in Providence, RI
Seniors report to Graduation by 4pm for professional photographs

COVID-19 POLICIES
All guests to Senior Arts Shows must wear masks - i.e. everyone in the audience other than performers. Masks are encouraged for other Senior Events.

SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT INFORMATION
At Senior Awards Night, TAPA celebrates the academic and artistic accomplishments of the graduating class with their families.
- Date: Thursday, June 2nd
- Time: Doors open 5:30pm, Ceremony begins 6:00pm
- Location: The Pavillion at Grace, 300 Westminster Street, Providence RI 02903 (across the street from TAPA)
- Tickets: All TAPA seniors reserve a free ticket for themselves and up to TWO free guests on Eventbrite.
- Dress: There is no strict dress code, but dress is generally semi-formal.
PROM INFORMATION
- Date: Friday, June 3rd
- Time: 7-11pm
- Location: Hope Artiste Village
- Tickets: All TAPA seniors reserve a free ticket for themselves and ONE guest on Eventbrite
GRADUATION INFORMATION
- Date: Wednesday, June 8th
- Time: Doors open at 5:30pm, ceremony begins at 6pm. Graduating seniors should report at 4:00pm for photos.
- Location: McVinney Auditorium (enter "30 Fenner Street, Providence RI, 02903" in GPS to arrive at free parking lots)
- Rehearsal: Mandatory for all graduating seniors - 12-2pm on Tuesday, June 7th. Must be present to walk the stage on Graduation Day!
- Parking: Parking is provided free of charge for up to 150 spots (guests are encouraged to carpool). Enter "30 Fenner Street" into GPS in order to be directed to the free lots, entering on the Broad Street side. Details and maps here.
- Tickets and Registration: Advanced registration is not required and the number of guests is unlimited. We are using an open seating plan.
- Guest Policies: ALL guests must wear a mask and comply with COVID-19 safety requirements. TAPA Seniors are responsible for the conduct of their invited guests. Guests must follow the policies of McVinney Auditorium.
- Photos: Professional graduation photos for the graduates will occur before the ceremony. Families are encouraged to take their own photos inside McVinney's beautiful space or in the Cathedral area behind the building (rather than out front, which is near a major road).

- Date: May 16 &17 - Dance Senior Shows May 19 & 20 Music Senior Shows
May 24 & 25 Film Senior Shows May 26 & 27 Theatre Senior Shows - Time: All shows start at 7pm
- Location: All shows are in the Black Box Theatre
- Tickets & Registration: We are using a paper ticket system. Performers have tickets to give to family and friends, anyone else interested in a ticket should contact the artist running the event to save their ticket - ShaLayla Simmons (theatre), Avi David (music), Nick Marcoux (film), Christa Thomas (dance)
