COVID-19 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS
In order to keep our community safe during Senior Awards and Graduation, while also allowing as many of our seniors’ loved ones to attend as possible, we are asking that ALL potential guests under the age of 8 arrive at the door with proof of either:
1) COVID-19 Vaccination (at least one shot), or
2) COVID-19 Negative Test from within 48 hours prior to the event.
Vaccine Sites: Visit www.vaccinateri.org to find a site near you, or just walk in at the Dunkin Donuts Center, 1 La Salle Square, Providence Rhode Island, 02903
→ open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Three hours of free parking are available in North Garage at 114 West Exchange St. Accessible parking is available in front of the Dunkin' Donuts Center. Volunteers are available to direct people to the clinic.

All attendees will be expected to wear masks and follow the guidelines of our host venues, Yawgoo Bakes and McVinney Auditorium. Screening questions regarding recent travel, exposure, and COVID-19 symptoms will be asked at the door.

GRADUATION TICKET & EVENT INFORMATION
- Date: Thursday, June 10th
- Time: Doors open at 5:30pm, ceremony begins at 6pm. Graduating seniors should report at 4:00pm for photos.
- Location: McVinney Auditorium (enter "30 Fenner Street, Providence RI, 02903" in GPS to arrive at free parking lots)
- Rehearsal: TBD
- Parking: Parking is provided free of charge for up to 150 spots (guests are encouraged to carpool). Enter "30 Fenner Street" into GPS in order to be directed to the free lots, entering on the Broad Street side. Details and maps here.
- Tickets and Registration: ALL GUESTS MUST PRE-REGISTER HERE ON EVENTBRITE
- Guest Policies: ALL guests must wear a mask and comply with COVID-19 safety requirements. TAPA Seniors are responsible for the conduct of their invited guests. Guests must follow the policies of McVinney Auditorium.
- Photos: Professional graduation photos for the graduates will occur before the ceremony. Families are encouraged to take their own photos inside McVinney's beautiful space or in the Cathedral area behind the building (rather than out front, which is near a major road).
SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY & BBQ EVENT INFORMATION
The Senior Awards Ceremony is an event in which TAPA celebrates the academic and artistic accomplishments of the graduating class with their families.
- Date: Friday, June 4th (rain date: Monday, June 7th - same place, same time)
- Time: 4pm (venue opens for photos), 4:30pm BBQ Picnic, 5:15 Ceremony Begins
- Location: Type "Yawgoo Bakes" into your phone's GPS for the best directions. If you do type it out, it's 555 Slocum Road, Slocum (or Saunderstown) RI. If you write it out with "Exeter" it brings you somewhere different.
It takes approximately 35-45 minutes to drive from Providence, depending on traffic
This is an OUTDOOR venue, so please bring extra layers in case it gets chilly - Dress: Please wear a mask! Most students take this opportunity to dress up in “outdoor wedding” style clothing to take photos with family and friends. As always, everyone may dress however they feel most comfortable - wear whatever makes you feel great!
- Tickets: All seniors will be provided an RSVP form to RSVP with the names of up to two (2) guests. Tickets and all food and drink will be provided free of charge.

- Date: Film & Music - Tuesday May 25th; Dance & Theatre - Wednesday May 26th
- Time: Cars WITH a reservation may arrive as early as 6:30pm to park and set up their spot. If you arrive after 7:30 we can not hold your reservation. Cars WITHOUT a reservation may arrive no earlier than 7:30pm to fill any remaining spots. Films will start screening around 8pm once it is dark enough to see the films.
