TAPA is housed in the former Asa Messer Elementary School building, in Providence's West End/Armory neighborhood. Located on Messer Street, between Chapin and Ford Street, TAPA is in a historic three story brick building built in 1890. Our front entrance is on the right side of the building, on the Ford Street corner. Our parking lot is behind the building, of of Ford Street
